According to the sheriff’s office, emergency personnel responded to the scene and found a Chrysler van traveling southbound on 5th West had been struck by a Toyota Corolla heading east on 81st North after failing to yield at a stop sign. Three individuals were injured in the collision.

Idaho Falls Fire and Ambulance transported a 72-year-old female passenger from the van and a 20-year-old male driver of the Toyota to the hospital with significant injuries.
