Former Hillcrest High School basketball standout Macy Larsen and her current team, the Colorado Mesa Mavericks, secured a narrow 65-64 victory against the Texas Woman’s Pioneers in the NCAA Division II Tournament on Monday, March 16.
The matchup was held at Kitty Magee Arena with tipoff at 6 p.m.
Colorado Mesa Mavericks are set to compete again on Tuesday, March 24, at 10 a.m. at UPMC Cooper Fieldhouse.
