Of the 29,064 people living in Rexburg in 2020, 49.3 percent (14,336) were women and 50.7 percent (14,728) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the East Idaho Times.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by 195. In the 65 and over age range, there were 900 females and 621 males.
