Idaho Congressman Mike Simpson has expressed his support for Governor Brad Little following the governor's State of the State and Budget Address, which marked the beginning of Idaho's 2025 legislative session.

Simpson stated, "Idaho continues to set the standard for cutting red tape and investing in communities across our state." He praised Idaho as "the least regulated state in the nation," attributing this success to Governor Little's leadership. Simpson highlighted efforts in reducing taxes and eliminating mandates as key achievements under Little's administration.

He further remarked, "Federal bureaucrats could learn a few things from our great state," indicating his willingness to collaborate with both Governor Little and the incoming Trump administration to extend Idaho's approach on a broader scale.
