NOTICE OF A MEETING OF THECITY OF HOLLADAY CITY COUNCILTHURSDAY, FEBRUARY 2, 2023
5:00 p.m. Council Dinner – Council members will be eating dinner. No city business will be discussed.
5:30 p.m. Briefing Session – The Council will review and discuss the agenda items; NO decisions will be made
PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Holladay City Council will hold a Council meeting Thursday, February 2, 2023 at 6:00 pm It is possible that a member of the Council will be participating by electronic means. The Council Chambers shall serve as the anchor location. * Agenda items may be moved in order, sequence and time to meet the needs of the Council

- Continued Public Hearing on Proposed Purchase of Property For the Installation of Storm Drainage Improvements
- Consideration of Ordinance 2023-01 Amending the Budget for the Fiscal Year Beginning July 1, 2022 and Ending June 30, 2023 (approving changes to the budget for the current fiscal year)
- Consideration of Resolution 2023-01 Approving a Purchase and Sale Agreement with Kathy Oyler for the Purchase of Property to be Utilized as Storm Drainage Improvement Property
- Consideration of Resolution 2023-05 Approving the Agreement with the Utah Department of Transportation Relating to a Federal Aid Agreement for Highway Planning and Construction (proposed a project to Realign Murray Holladay Road at 4705 South to a T-intersection and add a new full traffic stop HAWK pedestrian crossing)
- Consideration of Resolution 2023-06 Approving a Cost-Sharing Agreement with Millcreek City Relating to the Installation of a High Intensity Activated Crosswalk (HAWK) Beacon (the installation of a High Intensity Activated Crosswalk Beacon (“HAWK” signal) located at approximately 1500 E and Murray-Holladay Rd)
- Consideration of Resolution 2023-07 Adopting Amendments to the City of Holladay General Plan Relating to Moderate Income Housing Opportunities (This resolution will approve an amendment to the city’s moderate-income/affordable housing plan recently adopted pursuant to Resolution 2023-03 to make certain technical corrections)
