5:00 p.m.          Council Dinner – Council members will be eating dinner.  No city business will be discussed.

5:30 p.m.            Briefing Session – The Council will review and discuss the agenda items; NO decisions will be made

PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Holladay City Council will hold a Council meeting Thursday, February 2, 2023 at 6:00 pm It is possible that a member of the Council will be participating by electronic means. The Council Chambers shall serve as the anchor location.  * Agenda items may be moved in order, sequence and time to meet the needs of the Council

5. Consideration of Ordinance 2023-01 Amending the Budget for the Fiscal Year Beginning July 1, 2022 and Ending June 30, 2023 (approving changes to the budget for the current fiscal year)

6. Consideration of Resolution 2023-01 Approving a Purchase and Sale Agreement with Kathy Oyler for the Purchase of Property to be Utilized as Storm Drainage Improvement Property

7.   Consideration of Resolution 2023-05 Approving the Agreement with the Utah Department of Transportation Relating to a Federal Aid Agreement for Highway Planning and Construction (proposed a project to Realign Murray Holladay Road at 4705 South to a T-intersection and add a new full traffic stop HAWK pedestrian crossing)

8.   Consideration of Resolution 2023-06 Approving a Cost-Sharing Agreement with Millcreek City Relating to the Installation of a High Intensity Activated Crosswalk (HAWK) Beacon (the installation of a High Intensity Activated Crosswalk Beacon (“HAWK” signal) located at approximately 1500 E and Murray-Holladay Rd)

9.   Consideration of Resolution 2023-07 Adopting Amendments to the City of Holladay General Plan Relating to Moderate Income Housing Opportunities (This resolution will approve an amendment to the city’s moderate-income/affordable housing plan recently adopted pursuant to Resolution 2023-03 to make certain technical corrections)
