Senator Crapo appoints new staff in Washington, D.C., and Idaho Falls offices

U.S. Senator Mike Crapo from Idaho has announced several new hires and staffing changes in his offices located in Washington, D.C., and Idaho Falls.

David Pace has joined the Idaho Falls office as Press Secretary. His previous experience includes working as a reporter for East Idaho News, the Standard Journal, and Post Register. He is also a veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps Reserves and holds a degree in communications and public relations from Brigham Young University, with minors in Middle Eastern studies and business management.

Casey Jones, originally from Boise, has become a Staff Assistant and IT Assistant in Crapo’s Washington, D.C., office. She has a degree in elementary education from Brigham Young University.

Jameson Parker takes on a role as Legislative Correspondent in the Washington, D.C., office. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Arizona and has previously worked for Representative Michael Burgess of Texas. Jameson will address issues related to education, pro-life matters, veterans, small business, and health care.

Kennedy Cummins, a native of Murtaugh, has been elevated to the position of Staff Assistant and D.C. Office Manager. Kennedy began with Crapo's Boise office as an intern last fall and transitioned to a second internship in the D.C. office. She is a senior at Boise State University, where she studies political science.

Matthew Mondello has been elevated to Legislative Assistant. He earlier served as a Legislative Aide in Crapo's office and graduated from Wake Forest University with a degree in politics. In his new position, he oversees issues concerning health care, labor, veterans, small business, and education.

Matthew Favero has also been promoted to Legislative Correspondent. He formerly worked as a Staff Assistant and intern and is a graduate in American studies from Brigham Young University. He will focus on semiconductor, energy, public lands, and agriculture issues.

Grant Auman advances to the role of Legislative Correspondent, having previously served as Staff Assistant and intern. He completed his studies in political science, economics, and Spanish at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. Grant will handle topics related to banking, tax, budget, telecommunications, and judicial matters.
