U.S. Senator Mike Crapo from Idaho has joined forces with fellow Republican Senator Jim Risch and other Senate colleagues to address concerns regarding the Biden-Harris Administration's handling of immigration policies. In a letter directed at President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris, the senators expressed their disapproval of what they described as a national security crisis at the southern border, attributing it to several executive orders.

The letter criticizes the administration for its approach to illegal immigration and drug trafficking across U.S. borders. The senators stated, "Instead of addressing the flow of illegal immigration and illicit drugs across our borders, your administration has turned its back on those who wish to immigrate here legally and welcomed illegal aliens with open arms." They further accused the administration of neglecting legal immigrant applications in favor of amnesty applications.

The group, which includes Senators John Cornyn from Texas, Kevin Cramer from North Dakota, Ted Cruz from Texas, Steve Daines from Montana, John Hoeven from North Dakota, James Lankford from Oklahoma, Roger Marshall from Kansas, Markwayne Mullin from Oklahoma, and Tim Scott from South Carolina, is urging the administration to take responsibility for what they see as a deterioration of the U.S. immigration system that compromises national security.

The full content of their letter is available for public viewing.
